Veteran of the 2nd World War. Born July 22, 1915 passed quietly into God's care at home on October 23, 2015. Predeceased by his beloved Iris in 2003. Robert is survived by his son Robert (Jr.) and his wife Ewa and David and his wife Lillian. Much loved grandpa to Sherri, Tanya, Stephanie, Jessica, Diana and David (Jr.), Les and Nicki Kuta. Great-grandfather to Shawn, Daniel and Andrew Sohm and Aniela Bourque. Left to mourn are many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East, on Thursday, October 29th from 7 to 9 p.m. the service will be held at the funeral home Chapel on Friday, October 30th at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mt. Hamilton Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
