Beloved husband of the late Helen. Step-father of Cec Kruk (Bunny). Grandfather of Rich and Ziggy. Predeceased by his sister. Will be sadly missed by Diane and family. Roman was born in Radzyn, Poland, he was a survivor of Buchenwald concentration camp and came to Canada in 1949, he worked at Stelco for 25 years. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday from 4-8 pm with Prayers at 5 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Polish Church, 880 Barton Street East, on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 10:30 am. Entombment Our Lady of Victory Mausoleum, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
