Ron is reunited with his beloved wife, Dawn (2023). He was also predeceased by his brothers Don and Teddy.
Loving father of Michael (Heather), Paul, and Adam (Sonja).
Proud grandfather of Kyle, Krista (Jorge), Serena (Connor), Zachary, Josh, Neve (Sam), Tori, James, Melissa, and Genesis and great-grandfather of Luca, Amelia, and Iris.
He will also be lovingly remembered by his sister Janette Lochhead (Wayne), sister in-law Teresa Sluski and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Ron was a retired accountant and really enjoyed spending time with his family, especially dining out.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Thursday, October 8th from 5 - 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 620 Rymal Road East, Hamilton on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 10 a.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Hamilton Burlington S.P.C.A would be appreciated by his family.
