I was extremely saddened to recently hear that Ron had passed away.  We had worked together at a few different schools and I knew Ron to always be smiling, friendly, walking with that quick bounce, ready to joke around, happy, always upbeat even after he’d become ill, and always ready to help in any way.  He was missed after having gone  on leave and will continue to be remembered and missed by those he worked with. 
I send my sincere condolences to his family and hope that your memories of Ron hold him close to you.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron for one year at Canadian Martyrs.  He always had a warm smile and made me feel like a part of the Canadian Martyrs family.  He was a kind, funny, and gentle soul, respected and loved by all.  He had a lasting impact and is forever in my heart.



I am so sorry to hear of Ron’s passing and for your loss. I worked with Ron at Canadian Martyrs School the past few years.  Ron always had a smile for everyone.  He genuinely cared about others, and would always ask how I was doing and what was new.  He lit up when talking about his own family, and you could tell he was so proud of them. May you take comfort in the many memories you have with him. Rest In Peace Ron, you will be missed. 

My family will be holding a mass for my dad this upcoming Friday October 9th 2020 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church On Barton street east at 10am. All are welcomed. My favourite memory of Ron was when I was the Secretary of St. Joan of Arc School in Oakville.
He greeted me one morning with the string mop of his head. Lovely looking wig! We laughed and laughed for days! I can still picture him with that big smile and BIG mop on his head.

I'm so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I worked with him at Canadian Martyrs and he always had a smile, a joke or kind word.  It was a pleasure to work with him.  Condolences to the family, I'm so sorry for your loss. 

I will never forget the kindness that Ron showed me at St Mary school. He always had a smile or a joke to share and I feel blessed to have known him. My sympathy to his family as this sad time. 

I am so saddened by the news of Ron’s passing. He was such a thoughtful and kind man. He never missed an opportunity to just simply say "hello" and "how are you?" He was hard working and always willing to go above and beyond. He knew if I was having a bad day and he would always take a moment to remind me to smile through. I miss him and his kindness. I am so saddened to hear about the loss of Ron. I worked with Ron at Canadian Martyrs school up until his retirement. He always had a smile and joke for me! My students loved saying hello during his afternoon rounds. Ron was a hard worker and always willing to ask how you were doing. I will miss Ron. God Bless

It’s come as a great shock to me to read this news. For nearly 20 years I have had the pleasure of enjoying many conversations with Ron in my travels within the HCDSB. Whether a month or two years had passed between encounters, we always broke out in laughter as we shared short stories of our most recent experiences. Ron was a kind-hearted, fun-filled, and loving person who warmed the hearts of all to whom he came in contact with. I will miss you, Ron. May you Rest In Peace at the side of our Lord. 

I met Ron when we opened up St. Mary school together.  He was constantly moving and building things for us.  He spent the next few years with us developing the community and being a big part of our school family.  I am so sorry to hear of your loss.  His smile welcomed us all each morning. 

I got to know Ron while working at CM.  I'm a substitute teacher with HCDSB  and I always enjoyed seeing and chatting with Mr. Ron.  He was such a caring, hard working man and the children and staff  adored him. I loved seeing his smile and talking about our days and our lives.  I'm so sorry to hear of this sad news and he will be greatly missed by everyone he met.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.  Heaven has a real angel now. xoxo

Dear Theresa, Brian & Susie, & Ronnie's  family so very sorry to hear about your sweet brother , father and husband Ronnie.  I knew Ronnie growing up on Harvey St. He was such a fun loving guy.
