It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ruth on September 15, 2015 at the age of 95 years. Beloved wife of 70 years to the late Earnest (2011). Devoted mother of Marion (Gustav) Zavaros and Roger (Valerie). Much loved grandma of Wayne Jocelyn (1993), Susan (Brian) Cobby, Lisa (Chris) Herbst, Clint Durham and several great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Ruth is predeceased by her siblings Charlie Hayes, Harold Hayes, Leonard Hayes, Helen Armstrong and Emily Lawrence. She will be dearly missed by her extended family and many friends. Her family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East on Friday September 18th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m . A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 19th at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
