David & family,

My deepest condolences to all of you on the loss of your wife, mother, sister and daughter. I had the pleasure of volunteering alongside Sandie at the Hamilton Victory Gardens in recent years and always so enjoyed her company.  Sandie always had such a positive outlook. Her desire to help the community was a tribute to the positive person she was.  We will miss her at the gardens.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Sandra’s passing.  I have the fondest memories of her as she was always such a kind person and truly beautiful on the inside and out. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

To David and family.  Although we only knew Sandra a short while,
she will be in our memory forever. Her indomitable spirit and joy
for life remind us to cherish our loved ones and live each day to
the fullest.  We all will miss Sandra so much.

My condolences to Rose and George, David, Abby, Sarah and the rest of the family.  Sandie was a wonderful woman. I have very fond memories of many fun times we shared both at rangers, when we hung out together as teenagers, when we had our babies and many years later at Ranger reunions.  Sandie had an infectious laugh and I will miss that as well as her kind heart.  I am blessed to have called such a beautiful person my friend. I will never forget you.  RIP Sandie,  love you my friend 💕

Through the years and over great distances,  Sandie was the anchor that kept me grounded, the rudder that guided me and the soft breeze who provided insight and advice helping me along the way.  Her guidance made me a better person.  I am lucky to have had her as my sister, my friend, and so much more.  Once I was asked if we were close, I answered, “not geographically, but in my heart”.  So she remains in my heart, and separated geographically, but like “Max” from our favourite children’s book I can almost hear her voice decreeing “Let the wild rumpus start!”  I miss you dear sister, thank you for always being there for me.  ss

My heartfelt condolences to all of you as you grieve.  Sandie was my  dearest friend through high school, participating in the school band together, and Ranger activities.  Then we shared the joys and challenges in the years of being young wives and mothers.  It was my honour to stand with her and David at their wedding -- theirs was a true love story.  And Sandie's loving care for her girls was so tender and sweet:  a role model to me. Sandie was always strong and supportive, with a brilliant wit!  Although our lives took us in different directions over the years, our chance to reconnect in the past year was so  precious to me.   May you all find peace and comfort in your faith and in your memories.  Sandie was an amazing woman and I am so blessed to have had her in my life. 

My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. Sandie and I used to play together as kids at Aunt Rose's. Although life took us in different directions, she will be ever remembered and greatly missed. 

Our beautiful flower girl, February 8, 1969.  Sandie's dress was white velvet and she carried a white muff with a red rose.  She stole the show.  Sandie was always very special in our lives and always came to family events.

Sandy and I hung around in high school! So many coming of age stories with her mom too. She took us camping and to see the Good Brothers before we were of age! We also had many good years in Rangers. Made life long friends there. Every once in awhile we all got together to reminisce. A sweet lady taken too soon. My heart goes out to her husband and girls as well as Rose and her family. May you Rest In Peace 💞

Grieving with family for the loss of the strongest, smartest, funniest and most beautiful woman I've ever known.  My sister was better than anyone I know at making things manifest precisely as she wanted them, and she was my first best friend.  With love forever.

Sandie was always so welcoming and generous, always eager to share her hand made treasures. We never lacked a topic of conversation from gardening,  to mosaic stepping stones,  knitting and card making.  My heart is truly broken for the loss of this amazing woman.
