Sheila Lynne Harris

Sheila, at the age of 59, was the treasured daughter of Sandra and the late Ron Harding. She was the beloved sister of Rhonda (Bob) Cartmel, a devoted aunt to Samantha (James) Mitton and Zack (Claire) Cartmel, and a proud great-aunt to Merritt, Bowen, Colin and Elouise, all of whom held a special place in her heart. Sheila will also be deeply missed by her extended family, dear friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and wonderful sense of humor, Sheila brought warmth and laughter wherever she went. Her faith provided her with strength, hope, and peace through every challenge. Above all, she treasured the love and support of her family and friends, which brought her immense comfort throughout her journey.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff and volunteers at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for the exceptional care, kindness and dignity they provided to Sheila and her loved ones during her final days.

A celebration of Sheila’s life will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be sincerely appreciated.
