Passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at the age of 83. Loving wife of the late Russell Brown (July 9, 2014). Beloved mother of Tammy Gregory (husband John LeBlanc); predeceased by daughter Brenda Brown. Loving Grandma of Loreen Gregory and Russell Brown. Shirley will be sadly missed by Donna Cook and Dan Forrest. Special thanks to the nurses on E3 for their TLC. Mom, you are an angel now with Dad and Brenda. Will love you forever and always. Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME – FENNELL CHAPEL (905-387-2111), 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Burial at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
