Predeceased by her beloved husband Sonny Hammer. Cherished mother of Gord Hammer. Proud grandmother of Austin and Dylan Hammer. The family wishes to thank the incredible team at The Meadows Long Term Care Home for the wonderful care given to Shirley and her family.
Following Shirley's wishes, there will be no service and cremation has taken place.
