Passed away suddenly on March 13, 2012 at Wentworth Heights in his 87th year. Loving husband of Barbara May. Dear father of Ronald Edward (Janet) and Diana Marie (Mel). Cherished grandfather of Veronica (Kevin) Hickey, Shannon Northgave (Chris), Andrew (Penny) Leeder and Joshua (Jessica) Leeder and great grandfather of Braydon, Chelsey May, Mackenzie, Wyatt, Daniel, Stephanie, Bryanna, and Hallow. Remembered by sister-in-law Doris Fuller, and sister Marian Butters and brother Frank Stinson. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME (1020 Upper James Street, Hamilton) on Saturday, March 17th from 1-2 p.m. with a celebration of Stanley's life to follow at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
