It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Steven Peter Harte, on Monday, October 26, 2015 at the age of 29. Beloved son and “housemate” of Cindy and Kevin Harte. Loving brother of David Harte (Mandy) and unforgettable uncle to Caleb. Cherished grandson of Lorraine and the late Roy Daniels. Dear nephew of the late Teresa Phillips, and Bob and Margie Phillips. Loving cousin to Erin, Lorelai and Peyton Bush. Great nephew to Doris and Brian Bain. Steven will be missed by his many extended relatives and friends. He was a devoted and dedicated employee of Scoly’s Hometown Market. He will also be missed by his furry friends, Spook, Katie and the late Baillie. Visitation will be held at the MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-9pm, where the funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11am. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
