Steven Josipovic

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Steven Josipovic on Monday, February 7th in his 46th year. He will be deeply missed by all loved ones. We will keep him forever in our hearts. He was the beloved father of Alicia and Sarah, dear son of Josip and Helena, cherished brother of Peter(Joan) and John(Edyta), admired uncle of Jade, Justice and Jacob, the love of his life Mirella, and best friend "puppies". Anyone who encountered Steve was overcome by his colourful personality. Steve had a true appreciation for nature and was happiest when he was camping and fishing with his two beautiful daughters. He was multi-talented and excelled at tennis, golf, skiing, and drag racing. He was a charismatic and charming man. A larger than life character that will always be remembered by his warm inviting smile and dazzling blue eyes. Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, but love leaves a memory that no one can steal. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King St. E. (at Kenilworth) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Thursday at 7:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King St. E., on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Mountview Cemetery. Donations made to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
