Passed away peacefully on September 22, 2019 at The Village of Wentworth Heights at the age of 84 with her family by her side. She is reunited with her husband James and son John. Loving mother of Cathy (Wayne) and Debbie (Doug). She leaves behind grandchildren, great grand children and a great great grandchild. Sisters Eileen (George) and Lorraine. She will be greatly missed by extended family and friends.

A visitation for Theresa will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Ave East, Hamilton, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 254 Garner Rd W, Ancaster.
