Peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital, Thomas passed away leaving behind nieces and nephews, Helen, Karen, Harvey, Debbie and their families. He is predeceased by his parents, Henry and Catharine Raftery and brothers Henry and Frank. Thomas was a long time employee of National Steel Car as well as a long time member of the Hamilton Gun Club. Visitation will be held at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1309 King St. E. Hamilton (across from Gage Park at the Delta), on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favourite charity would be appreciated.
