Tony Homolka passed away peacefully at the U of A Hospital on March 1, 2026. He is survived by his mother Marta (92), wife Simona, of 43 years; son Tony (Lauren); daughter Vera (Edward) and 8 grandchildren Agnes, Tony, Sienna, Ned, Luna, Martha-James, Lucas, and Vera. He was predeceased by his father Antonin. We love you Dad, you will be missed. Tony was a well-known salesman in Edmonton and surrounding areas for most of his life followed by construction work in his later years.
Visitation at Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton, on Wednesday, March 11 from 5-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home’s chapel on Thursday, March 12 at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
