Such sad news to learn of Tracy's passing. I met Tracy in high school, she was always friendly. Her booming laugh was contagious. We reconnected thanks to Facebook. It was lovely connecting and seeing her journey.
My deepest condolences go out to her family, Cindy, my heart breaks for you and your daughters and grandchildren.

My deepest sympathies to Ray, Cindy and all of the family. I have the best, fondest memories of Tracy from childhood - from days as youngsters playing and hanging out in the 'back alley' (our houses were connected by the alley as our backyards faced each other!) to teen years and beyond. We were friends who were more like cousins/family. We didn't hang out as adults but we did keep in touch. I will always remember her positive outlook and her big, beautiful smile. RIP Tracy. Gone way too soon.

Tracy brought  such beauty, comfort, and joy into so many lives, from her family, to her friends, to her many, many, grateful clients. 
How blessed we have been to have her to share our journeys.
She released her amazing spirit and energy to the Universe  to live life eternal without fear, pain or worry.
“You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back
or you can do what she’d want:
smile, open your eyes, love and go on.”
Even though our hearts may feel empty because we can’t see her, , let them be full of the love you shared,  cherish her memory and let it live on.

Like many here, I met Tracy back when she was cutting hair on Upper James and then followed her around from place to place for nearly 30 years. But, more than just a hairdresser, Tracy was a very good friend to me--and someone who saw me, and one of the few people I truly trusted.

Almost 13 years ago now, I transitioned. Tracy was one of the very first people I told. In her normal joking way, the only thing she said "So, do you still like girls or what? You can't pick them all you know..." and we laughed together about it - then Tracy gave me my first haircut as a woman. She continued to help me with my look in the years that followed as I was fired from my job, then went back to university, and then, eventually helped to cut my hair in preparation for my first award as a literary author. 

I'll miss you so much, Tracy. My warmest condolences to Tracy's family--I wish you strength in the days ahead. <3

I will always remember Tracy's beautiful self and smile. She was such a beam of light. I looked forward to seeing her at the salon and shoot the breeze.  She loved her family so very much. You will be missed dear Tracy. Rest in peace.

Tracy is my big sister. She played an important role into my life when I was a child. Patrick, her and Cindy became my family. Cindy and her took care of me.   They showed me how to roller skate, we would dance and sing and play together all the time. These memories, I will cherish forever.
Tracy , thank you for your love and I will love you forever.

My deepest condolences to her father and sister and other loved ones. She was my wonderful hairdresser for many years. She was not just a beautiful women on the outside but a truly lovely lady on the inside. I will truly miss her-her passing was way to early. Tracy cut my hair for almost 30 years.  I first met her by chance when she just finished hair dressing school and was working at First Choice on Upper James.  She was so talented right from the beginning.  From then on, I  followed her around to all the places she worked until she wasn't able to do my hair anymore.  We would have so many laughs and good talks while she did my hair.   She was also the first person to give my son his very first haircut and then cut his hair for the next 12 years as well.   She will be deeply missed.  May she rest in eternal peace. Until we meet again. xoxox

My condolences to her family amd friends at this dofficult time. Tracy, you are amd.always will be my BBF ....im so lost without you but i know we have our cherished memories of lauhgter, joy and sorrow! You were the only one there for me when i needed you no.matter what time of day it was. You loved my sofia s so much and her coisins! She will truly miss her auntie. My deepest condolences to the whole family ❤️. My heart breaks that my sweetest cousin won’t be with us 😞. I have many many many memories of us laughing so much , crying , myself getting my hair done always from Tracy she did exactly what I wanted very professional and at same time stayed to visit longer afterwards.
