He leaves behind his wife of 46 years, Virginia, and his children Nicholas and Sarah. He is predeceased by his sister Roza and is survived by his brother Joe. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family in Croatia. Longtime employee of Dofasco for almost 30 years. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday, June 1, from 5-8 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East on Monday, June 2, at 11 am. Burial to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.
