Arthur Frank Stewart passed away December 4, 2021. He was born July 24, 1940 in Toledo, Ohio. He was the son of the late Dr. Kenneth E. and Laura P. Stewart. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marsha M. Stewart. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Pamela S. and Peter M. Kjeldsen of Williamsburg, Virginia; sister Amy S. Henley of Kerrville, Texas and brother Victor R. Stewart of Jacksonville, Florida.
