Carla Jean Anderson, 52, passed on Tuesday, February 21, 2012. She was born on June 13, 1959 in Lynwood, California and was a resident of Hampton, Virginia.
She is preceded in death by her father, Carl J. Cooper. She is survived by her son, Joshua Cooper and her mother, Cynthia Hoopes, both of California.
