

Donald William Litewski, age 67, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2010 at his home. He was a native of Kenosha County, Wisconsin and a resident of Hampton for many years. He served and retired honorably from the U.S. Army with 20 years service. Donald was an analyst with the U.S. Department of Defense and retired after 23 years of service. He was a Past Master and Treasurer of Army and Navy Lodge #306 A.F. & A.M. in Hampton and served as Past District Deputy Grand Master of District 14-B during the years of 1993-1994. Don’s greatest love was his longtime affiliation with the International Order of Rainbow for Girls at Monitor Lodge # 197 in Phoebus. Don also enjoyed his membership and friends in the Mason Dixon APBA League for 35 years. “Daddy Don”, as he was affectionately known by his Rainbow Girls, was much loved and will be missed by many.
Surviving members of his family include his brother, Gerald J. Litewski; a sister, Rose Larson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 12:30 until 2:00pm. A celebration of Don’s life will follow at 2:00 pm on Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park with Masonic graveside rites by Army & Navy Lodge # 306.
