Elizabeth "Betsy" Krussel, 59, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2010. She was a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a resident of York County for 17 years. She was an avid volunteer and a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
Betsy was preceded in death by her father, Richard Barr. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Larry Krussel; her sons, Michael and Steven Krussel; daughter, Jamie Krussel; brother William Barr; and mother, Margaret Barr.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 1, 2010 from 6 to 7:30 PM at Parklawn¬-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Betsy's life will be held Tuesday, March 2 at 10 AM at the Langley Air Force Base Main Chapel. Interment will follow at 2 PM at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk.
