

She was born to the late Walter and Dorothy Stewart on March 24, 1943, in Pueblo Colorado. After high-school Arlene later continued her education at Thomas Nelson Community College, Hampton Virginia.
She and Frank Fisher, her life partner, have been together for 43 years, living in Newport News, Virginia. Arlene is survived by two children: Brian Clark, wife Mary Johnson, and Michele Swedick, husband Chris Swedick. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Trevor Clark, Travis Clark, Taylor Clark, Brison Clark, Ty Swedick, Hana Catgenova, and the father of her three children Albert L. Clark. Arlene was predeceased by her son, Derek A. Clark in 2014 and a granddaughter, Katie MacDonald-Clark.
Arlene was a loving and dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment. She especially loved her role as Nana. All will remember her best for always holding her camera in hand to capture every special moment!
She will be dearly missed but we are comforted to know she is in her Eternal home, and forever in our hearts.
She will be laid to rest at Parklawn Memorial Park in Hampton, Virginia
