Estelle Marie Chisholm

Estelle Marie (Skip) Chisholm, age 93, passed away at home with her family by her side on Monday, May 14, 2018. She was born on March 20, 1925 in Cape Charles, Virginia. She is survived by her 5 children, Carol Gardner (Gray), Marie Hydrick (Steve), Ron Chisholm (Barb), Rick Chisholm, and Darlene Chisholm; 6 grandchildren, Kevin Gardner (Debbi), Kenny Gardner (Val), Lisa Freeman (Tommy), Kelly Johnson (Mike), Michael Whiting (Lara), and Julie Garrett (Ivan); 4 great-grandchildren, Thomas Freeman, Jr., Nicholas Freeman, Cody Hansford and Colin Hansford; and her faithful pet companion, Pixie who was always by her side. Skip was an avid bingo player and loved to take trips with her daughters. She was such a strong woman and never lost her sense of humor and wit. Her family will miss her greatly and her favorite reply "See you later alligator...after while crocodile". A memorial service will be held Friday, May 18, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Parklawn Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Avenue, Hampton, Virginia 23666.
