Ina J. Holt, 89, born in North Carolina and a resident of Poquoson for over 60 years, passed away on January 10, 2019. She was a loving wife, caring mother and grandmother. She loved working around the home, cooking meals, visiting with friends and spending time with family. She enjoyed the simple little things in life.
Ina is survived by her daughters, Linda Caldwell (Dennis), and Rita Byrd; and granddaughter, Ashley Byrd.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wes Holt; parents, Harrison and Ida Williams; an infant daughter; six siblings; and son-in-law, Charles Byrd.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park. A celebration of Ina’s life will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 15, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
