We were saddened to hear of Uncle Jim's passing.  We always enjoyed our visits with both he and Aunt Ruby.

My sincere sympathy to Faye and family.
Jim was one of the first persons I met when I enlisted in the National Guard. His smile and friendly demeanor made him one of of the most popular guys in the Battery. There was nothing anyone could do to a "deuce and a half" that Sgt.Jimmy Kingery could't fix!

Faye, I am so sorry to hear of your loss.  Your mom and dad were two wonderful people, and I will never forget their kindness and friendship to me.  God's blessings to you and your family.

My wife Ann and I wish to extend our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to Jim's family.  I met Jim when working at the Nike Hercules Missile Site with the VANG. Jim was a fine and honorable man, a man who was deeply respected and loved by all with whom he worked.  I, and ALL WHO KNEW HIM will miss his gentle smile,his kindness and thoughtfulness.  May the Peace of God be with each of you at this time of great loss.

I will also remember Jim's SMILE. He was such a sweet and kind man. Jim and Ruby have always had a special place in my heart. They were such good friends to my granmother and grandfather. I will miss him so much.

Faye, my family have you in our prayers.  I'm thinking of you at this time.  If you need anything, please let me know.

I met Jim when he first arrived in the Hampton Area and processed his enlistment in the Guard. He was a true gentleman and a man of his word, a friend and he will be missed by all that he met. May God Comfort his family, knowing that he is with his comforter and Lord.

To Jimmy's family, my wife Dorothy and I offer our most sincere condolences.  I worked with Jimmy on the Nike Hercules Missle Site in Newport News.  He was an excellent soldier, an excellent mechanic and an outstanding Christian man.  He was also a good friend.  The ranks of the Nike crews are growing thin as one of their finest now fades away. I know Jimmy is at peace with the Lord.

As a child growing up I remember hopping the fence to visit Mr. Jim  while he was in his shed tinkering with car parts and always had a story to tell and as I grew I watched him do the same with my children. When I moved back in my neighborhood he was still the same as he was back when I was a child, full of stories of past years and kindness to all.  R.I.P. Mr. JIM

Sergeant First Class Kingery and I worked together for several years in the Virginia Army National Guard.  He was a very good soldier - a man of his word.
