Joseph Michael Panella passed away peacefully on December 18,2025 at the Sentara Careplex. He was a resident of Hampton VA. He is survived by his husband of 30 years, Christopher McCarver of Hampton, Virginia and sister Diana Burrell of Clearwater, Florida.
