Liam is also survived by his sister, Emma Nicole Spangler; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Judy Bates; paternal grandparents, Jeffrey and Patricia Phillips; maternal great-grandfather, Carroll Pickering; maternal great-grandmother, Claudette Bates; paternal great-grandparents, Robert Phillips and wife, Linda; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Gail Stanley; aunt, Ann Rialdi; and other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 pm.
