Lillian was a member of the DAR.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Russell. She is survived by a daughter, Ann LaMont; son, Gary D. Russell (Lyn); four grandchildren, Lara LaMont, Casey Maskell (Roy), Kelly DeHart (Mark), and Michael Russell; five great-grandchildren, Ben Maskell, Aidan Maskell, Anthony Weis, Jordan Weis, and Sophia DeHart.
An inurnment will be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local Salvation Army.
