Mona was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Boggs. She is survived by her son, Doug Boggs and wife, Debi of Williamsburg; and daughter, Donna Lynn Freeman and husband, Gene of Poquoson.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, officiated by Reverend Joe Olson. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
