Ted was born August 25, 1959 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, graduated from Kecoughtan High School and James Madison University. He retired from Morgan Stanley as a Financial Analyst.
He was predeceased by his father James E. Warren, Jr. and leaves to cherish his memory his mother Dorothea Warren, brother Neill G. Warren, sister Kathlene Grauberger (Phil), nephews Matthew and John Grauberger.
He was a loving father and grandfather to daughters Marissa Buggy and Krysta Warren and grandfather to Kingston Theodore Moore, his precious namesake.
A celebration of Theodore’s life will be held at 4:00PM on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Community Presbyterian Church, 400 Fox Hill Road, in Hampton, with Pastor Ron Blade officiating. Burial will be private.
