William leaves behind to treasure his memory: his spouse, Betty Walker; six children: Donna (Greg), Russell (Heidi), Adeline, Melissa, Skyler (Stephanie), Katherine (Mike); and 18 grandchildren.
The family would like to invite you to celebrate his life at 2:00 PM on April 7, 2023, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1510 Todd’s Lane Hampton, VA 23666. Another Celebration of Life service will be held in Waynesboro, VA at a later date for family and friends in that area.
