Wayne was born to Alfred Glenn & Artie Doris (Bence) Taulbee on December 29, 1926 in Springfield, Missouri. Alfred went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at his home in Sacramento, California.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 65 years, Arleta Bell (Wright) Taulbee of Sacramento and 3 children, Stephen Taulbee of Irvine, California, Janna Moats of Portland, Oregon and Gayla Ellis of Sacramento, California. He will also be dearly missed by his 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Taulbee and his family resided in Hanford for many years and were active at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Hanford. He was also the local and regional manager of the Southern California Gas Company from 1956 until his retirement in 1983. He contributed his time and leadership to many civic organizations in Hanford.
A Private Memorial Service was held in Sacramento, California and a Private Burial was held at San Joaquin National Cemetery in Santa Nella, California.
