

Our beloved Mother and Grandmother Carolyn Navarro passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015 in Hanford, California. Carolyn was born in Kansas and moved to Northern California as a child with her mother and maternal grandparents, where she worked as a filing clerk for Siskiyou County for many years. Carolyn relocated to Hanford, California approximately 30 years ago, and she happily worked at Kings Rehabilitation Center as a Sorter for about twenty years before retiring.
She is preceded in death by her son, David Perez and her mother Patricia Rivera.
Carolyn is survived by a son, Walter Torres, two daughters, Susy Ehrsam and Linda Del Rio-Clark and eight grandchildren; Ashley, Maddison and Edwin Ehrsam Jr., Rudy and Michelle Del Rio and Anthony, Michael and Crystal Torres. She is also survived by one great-grandchild; Xavier Torres and two unborn great-grandchildren. This generous and loving soul will be dearly missed by her family.
A Prayer Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at People’s Funeral Chapel; 501 N. Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230 (559) 584-5591 followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery; 11680 S. 10th Avenue, Hanford, CA 93230.
