Clarice was born to Christopher & Jessamine Elphrada Philips Rogers on March 27, 1918 in Anguilla, West Indies, Territory of England. She passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at her home in Hanford, California. Clarice was a resident of Hanford, California for 13 years. She had worked for 20 years as a deli technician in the grocery store business.
Clarice is survived by her loving daughter, Donna D. Starr and her grandchildren of Hanford, California.
