Dave worked 41 years at Hanford/Snow Commodities. He loved watching his Dodgers, Rams, Nascar and drag racing, and camping at North Beach in Pismo where he had hoped to retire and become a camphost. More importantly he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Dave married his high school sweetheart Yvonne and celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in December. They were a match made in heaven.
Dave is survived by his wife Yvonne, three children: Traci Fullerton (Paul), David Bettencourt Jr (Kristin), and Jennifer Yecny (Sonny). Grandchildren Shane and Kaylee Fullerton, Macee, Ava and Dylan Bettencourt and Jayda Yecny. Also survived by his mother Dolores Bettencourt, brothers Terry and Jody Bettencourt, sister Cindy and many special extended family members. He was preceded in death by his father Bob and brother Rick.
