Douglas Paul Keener

Doug spent over thirty years as a carpenter building houses in the Modesto area. He was a faithful, active member of New Testament Baptist Church, Armona, CA since 1995, where he was affectionately known as “Pop” to everyone.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Louise Keener, his grandson Jacob Lee Keener, and his sister Audrey Goad.

He is survived by his daughter Glenda King and her husband Thomas of Hanford, CA, his son David Keener and his wife Trudy of Modesto, CA, his son James Keener and his wife Kim of Manteca, CA, and his twin brother Don Keener and his wife Bonnie of Salida, CA. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 25, 2012 from 5- 7 p.m. at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 E. Sante Fe in Hughson, California. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Lakewood Memorial Park in Hughson, CA. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 11 a.m. at New Testament Baptist Church of Armona, CA
