She was born on October 22, 1929, in Kings County. She was the 4th child out of six siblings that preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughters Vickie Neves (Danny) of Emmett, Idaho, Karen Gillio, Lisa Garcia and Lynn Russell Ramos (Roque) all of Hanford, California and son Billy J. Russell who preceded her in death in 1980. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; Michelle, Meagan, Justin, Marcy, Mandy, Mitchell, Brandon and Blake as well as 15 great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren.
There will be a Graveside Service at Calvary Cemetery on February 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow immediately.
Services are under the direction of People's Funeral Chapel of Hanford.
