Peggy Lenora Brackett Chennault

Peggy was born to Henry Evrett and Mamie Stewart Brackett on July 15, 1932 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Peggy passed away on Friday, March 9, 2012 at her home in Laton whit her family at her bedside. Peggy was a longtime 50 year resident of Laton, California. She owned a farm for the last 30 years.

Peggy was preceded in death by her beloved husband; Robert Chennault of 54 years. Peggy was also preceded in death by a son; Robert D. Chennault. Peggy is survived by her loving children; Randy & April Chennault of Hanford, California and Terry & Tony Mendes of Riverdale, California. Peggy will be dearly missed by her siblings; Carl Brackett of Hanford, California, Sue & Lonnie Davis of Medicine Lake, Washington, Benjamin & Mary Brackett of Jacksonville, Florida and Dwayne Stewart of Chico, California. Peggy leaves behind her beautiful grandchildren; Scotty & Nikkie Chennault of Hanford, California, Denyse Chennault of King City, California, Tara Chennault of Fresno, California, Alan & Yesina Mendes of Long Beach, California and Jason Mendes of San Luis Obispo, California. Peggy also leaves behind her six precious great-grandchildren; Connor, Caleb & Mia Chennault all of Hanford, California and Desyrae Kemp of King City, California and Justyce & Jayda Harris of Fresno, California.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery; 19811 S. Cedar Avenue, Laton, CA 93242 559-923-4544.
