Paulette Hungered all her life for family! She was an orphan and searched all her life for her mother's family! She discovered them just over a year ago and got to make one trip to visit two first cousins. She was so thrilled at last to have some real family relations. She had hoped to return for a second visit this October.
While marrying Rex was no great shakes, it did give her 3 step children that she took to and had acquired a loving relationship. She also got to meet several grand children and one great grand child.
Over their brief marriage, she became a step mother with some great enjoyment in that. Rex's kids; Ken, Paul & Deann took to her. Paulette and Rex made a trip to Idaho so she could visit her only cousin ( through adoption) that was also her best friend through her life! Just as she reached that stage of life where she at last felt loved and needed, she was overwhelmed with cancer.
Paulette loved playing the piano and was a good singer. She enjoyed being the musician for the local Eastern Star chapter and looked forward to participating in all the local meetings.
