

On Saturday August 21, 2021 Ross Cox, loving Son, Brother, Friend, Sailor and Daddy passed away at 41, after a tough battle with Covid, at the VA Medical Center, Fresno CA, with his “brothers” and “sisters” at his side.
Ross was born October 13, 1979 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Julianne Fennell Cox and Brian Cox.
Ross is survived by his Mother, Julianne Fennell Cox, Sister Sarah (Zach) Hammons, Daughter Isabella Grace Cox, Grandmother Beverly Bielen, Aunts: Patricia Fennell (Gary Fisher), Jennifer Merrill, and Barbara Ross, Uncles: Thomas (Leslie) Fennell, Pete Fennell (Kris Bella), Great Uncle K.C (Marilyn) VanNatta, Niece Jacinda Randles and Nephews, Kaelin and Jakub Randles, Jonaven Bolton, Nolan Hammons, and numerous Cousins.
Ross was preceded in death by his paternal Grandparents Abram and Margret Cox, maternal Grandparents Thomas and Jean Fennell, Aunt/Godmother Mayme McMillen and Father Brian Cox.
Ross graduated and received his HS Diploma from Clearfield High School/ Job Corps Utah. Ross proudly served in the United States Navy for 9 years, where he achieved the title of Super Tech and was stationed at Fleet Readiness Center West, Lemoore CA. He then attended the University of Phoenix and earned his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked as a technician at Lemoore Tire and Auto at the time of his death.
Ross’s greatest joy was the birth of his Daughter Isabella Grace.
Ross was a caring and loving friend to his best friends Victor (Lindsey Ann), “brothers” Eddie and Wes, and “sisters” Tiffaniy and Trinity, Shipmates, and many friends, who surrounded him with love in his final days.
Ross’s final resting place will be in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
