

Mrs. Ann A. Ulich, 75 of Ormond Beach FL, formerly of Middleboro, died Sunday, August 10, 2008 at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth after a short illness. The daughter of the late Irving M. and Mildred A. Whitney Atwood, she was born in Newton on September 17, 1932. She was raised and educated in Newton and was a graduate of Wheelock College and received her Master's Degree from Bridgewater State College. Mrs. Ulich had been employed as a Special Needs Teacher at the former Lakeville Hospital also known as the Mass Hospital School. She was a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association, taught Night School in Middleboro and had traveled to all 50 states with her husband. She is survived by her husband, Sigismund M. Ulich, 3 sons, Dennis M. Wright of Glendale CA, Carl S. Ulich of Middleboro and Ronald D. Ulich of Duxbury, 2 daughters, Shirley A. Lewis of Columbia SC and Anita L. Sullivan of Duxbury and 9 grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Elizabeth Kelly. Visitation in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St., Rte 53 in HANOVER on Thursday from 11-12:45 followed by a Service in the funeral home at 1 PM.
