Mrs. Anna M. McCann Letteri, 87 of Rockland formerly of Weymouth and Pembroke died Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at South Shore Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Rockland. Daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes Robertson McCann, she was born in Boston on January 23, 1924. Mrs. Letteri had worked as a waitress at various local restaurants, enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii and California, playing cards, bingo and was active at her church. In retirement she worked as an Avon Rep for many years earning the Albee Award for high achievement. Wife of the late James Letteri, she is survived by 1 daughter, Janet Mancuso of North Adams, 4 grandchildren, Deborah Payne of Pembroke, Ronald Payne of Weymouth, Valerie Nogueira of Townsend and Anthony Mancuso of Dorchester. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, many friends and the caretakers at South Shore Rehab in Rockland. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday at 12 noon at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Pembroke.
