Daniel S. Beary

Daniel S. Beary, 55 of Rockland passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014. The son of the late Richard and Margaret (Heffernan) Beary, he was born in South Weymouth on October 31, 1958. Danny was raised and educated in Rockland and was a graduate of Newbury College Culinary Arts Program in Brookline. Danny was most recently employed as a Chef at Thorny Lee Golf Course in Easton. He was an avid sports fan, he especially enjoyed when the Patriots and Bruins had started their seasons. Danny loved to golf and took great joy in using his culinary talents at impromptu gatherings with family and friends. Daniel is survived by his wife, Marilou (McDougall) Beary, He was the brother of Kathleen Small and her husband Allan of Rockland and Richard Beary of Rockland. He was the brother in law of Maureen Shorrock and was the brother of the late Michael Beary and Karen Schofield. He was a special uncle to Steven Shorrock and is survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him every much. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Homes, 45 East Water St., ROCKLAND, on Sunday from 1-5 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, 403 Union St., Rockland, on Monday at 9 AM. Burial in Holy Family Cemetery.
