Mrs. Dorothy A. Thibeault Donovan, 85 of So. Weymouth, formerly of Abington and Rockland died Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the Island Terrace Nursing Home in Lakeville after a long illness. The daughter of the late Andrew and Agnes Dolan Thibeault, she was born in Rockland on February 27, 1924. She was raised and educated in Rockland, moved to Abington when she was married and has lived in South Weymouth since 1998. Wife of the late Joseph C. Donovan, she is survived by 1 son Robert J. Donovan of Middleboro, 1 daughter, Marsha A. Holt of Pembroke , 4 grandchildren, Kevin Donovan, Kerry Curran and Timothy and Sean Holt and 8 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Donald, Leo and James Thibeault. A private family visitation was held. Funeral Mass on Friday at 9 AM in St. Bridget Church, 455 Plymouth St. in Abington. Interment in Holy Family Cemetery in Rockland. Arrangements by the Sullivan Funeral Home in ROCKLAND. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G.
