Francis 'Frank' J. Ward

Mr. Francis ?Frank? J. Ward, 67, of Hanover died, Thursday, July 22, 2004 at Home. The son of the late James F. and Beatrice Madigan Ward, he was born in Boston on December 9, 1936. He was raised and educated in Milton and was a graduate of Milton High School. He has lived in Hanover for the last 36 years. Mr. Ward worked as a meat cutter, he had worked for Finast, Purity Supreme, Angelo's and most recently at Stop and Shop in Hingham. He was and avid collector of Baseball Cards and Model Cars. Mr. Ward is survived by 2 daughters, Diane C. Ward and Karen M. Medici both of Scituate, 2 sons, James ?Jim? F. Ward of Quincy and Francis J. Ward Jr. of West Palm Beach FL, 2 sisters, Catherine M. Finerty and Dorothy A. Murphy both of Milton, 2 brothers, John ?Jackie? E. Ward of Quincy and Richard J. Ward of Bridgewater, 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the former husband of Diane Tyldesley M. Flaherty of Kingston. He was the brother of the late Charles K. Ward and the late Carol A. Martin. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Monday, July 26, 2004 at 9 AM in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover Street, Rte 139 in Hanover. Internment in Milton Cemetery in Milton. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington Street, Rte 53 in HANOVER on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
