Paul Kelly

Paul Edward Kelly, age 82 of Scituate formerly of Allston, passed away on April 26, 2018. Loving husband to his wife of 61 years Carol (McHugh) Kelly. Son to the late Joseph and Teresa Kelly of Allston and brother to the late Teresa Cunningham of Allston.

Loving father to Maureen Kelly of Allston; Kathleen Whitney and her husband Steven of Acton; Eileen Kelly and her partner Paula of Chicago, IL; Joseph Kelly and his wife Joanne of Arlington; Kristine Sheahan and her husband Denis of Scituate and Colleen Vozzella and her husband James of Billerica. Cherished grandfather to 12 grandchildren. Paul will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.

Paul proudly served in the U.S. Army. Served as shop steward during his 30 years of membership in the Teamsters Union. Paul’s favorite past time was cheering on his grandchildren at sporting events, plays and any activity they enjoyed. When he wasn’t spending time with his family, he was on the golf course with his many friends. Paul always had a smile and something funny to say. He touched the heart of everyone he met and will be truly missed.    

A visitation will take place on Sunday, April 29th from 2pm-6pm at Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St. Rte. 53, Hanover, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, April 30th at 10am from St. Mary’s of the Nativity,1 Kent St., Scituate, MA. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to the Pat Roche Hospice Home, 86 Turkey Hill Ln, Hingham, MA 02043.
