Robert S. Carroll Jr.

Robert S. "Joe" Carroll Jr. of Halifax, MA formerly of Hanson, MA passed away unexpectedly on June 9th.  Joe was the husband of the late Rita A. Carroll. Father of Robert Carroll and his wife Pamela of Halifax and Stephanie Sullivan and her husband Christopher of Lakeville. Loving grandfather of Alyssa, Brandon, Owen, and Brody. Brother of Wayne Carroll and his wife Anne of Winthrop, MA, Bruce Carroll of Edgewater, FL, Janice Coffin and her husband James of Mansfield, MA, Debra McAuliffe and her husband David of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Susan Jonah and her husband Donald of Middleboro, MA and multiple nieces and nephews. 

Joe loved spending time with his family, was a Vietnam Veteran and a long-standing employee of American Airlines. He was an avid Boston sports fan and enjoyed traveling with his family. 

Visiting hours will be at the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan Street, at the corner of Rte 14 & 58 in Hanson, MA on Thursday, June 17th from 4:00 – 7:00PM. A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home on Friday, June 18th at 10:00AM followed by an interment at Fern Hill Cemetery in Hanson.
