Robert J. Flynn

Robert J. Flynn passed away October 5, 2015 at Southwood Nursing Home after long illness. Bob is the loving husband of Margaret "Peggy" Flynn who passed in August. Loving father of Michelle Flynn of Halifax, Robert Flynn & his wife Kasha of N. Attleboro. Loving grandfather of Madalyn Scarpino of Halifax and Kenzie Flynn of N. Attleboro. Loving brother of Betty Crowley & her husband Jack of Scituate, Valerie Duncan-Roche & her husband Jerry Roche of Weymouth and Phillip Duncan & his wife Monica Duncan of FL. Bob also leaves many cousins, nieces and nephews. Bob is a retired Boston Policeman.. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 9 AM at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 580 Monponsett Street, Rte 58, Halifax. Burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave, Bourne at 1:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert's name to a college trust fund for his granddaughter Madalyn Scarpino. Donations may be sent to Rockland Trust, 434 Plymouth Street, Halifax, MA 02338 or to any Rockland Trust location.
