Robert W. McLaughlin, 57 of Middleboro formerly of Hanson, passed away on July 15, 2013. Born on August 8, 1955, he was the son of the late Joseph F. and Lillian C. Wheldon McLaughlin Sr. Born and raised in Hanson he attended Hanson public, Weymouth North, and UMass Amherst. Robert was employed as an evaluation technician for Polaroid Corp. Robert loved watching baseball, especially the Boston Red Sox. Robert is survived by his siblings Joseph F. McLaughlin Jr. of The Villages, FL, Stephen E. McLaughlin of Bethlehem, NH, Daniel T. McLaughlin of Carver, MA, Susan A. Collins of Kingston, MA, and the late Kathleen E. Sayce. Services will be private.
