Susan M. Fitzgerald

Susan M. (Mohan) Fitzgerald, 52 of Hanson, MA, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday September 7, 2018 in Norwell, MA.  Born in Norwood, MA on May 1, 1966, she is survived by her parents Philip A. Mohan and Patricia A. Mohan of Norwell, MA. She was the devoted wife of James A. Fitzgerald and loving mother of Ashley Eisner of Kingston, MA, Patrick McCarthy and his wife Lyndsay of Hanson, MA, Haley Fitzgerald of Hanson, MA and James Fitzgerald of Hanson, MA.  She was Nana to 5 grandchildren, Adrianna, Leila, Patrick, Eric and Tess. She is survived by 10 brothers and sisters; Philip A. Mohan Jr. of Pocasset, MA, Lisa Norris of Knoxville, TN, Pamela Barone of Pembroke, MA, Jill Good of Hanover, MA, Stephen Mohan of Chandler, AZ, Karen Mohan of Pembroke, MA, Laura Ford of Marshfield, MA, Michele Richardi of Hanover, MA, Michael Mohan of Marshfield, MA and John Mohan of Hingham, MA.

Susan was an accomplished executive and served as Chief Operating Officer for Madavor Media for the past 14 years.  She was a generous and witty person who was passionate about her family and career. She served as a mentor to many and was always available to lend a helping hand to those who needed her.  

Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St. Rte. 53, Hanover, on Sunday September 16, 2018 from 1pm to 4pm. Funeral service will be celebrated at South Shore Baptist Church, 578 Main St, Hingham, MA on Monday at 10am. Burial in Stetson Meadows in Norwell, MA.
